Kenyan comedian Eddie Butita has asked Kenyans not to involve him in comedienne Mammito’s affairs. Comedian Butita speaks after Kenyans tag him into Mammito’s viral clip where she taunted Jowie.  How did Butita react to his ex Mammito trending? Butita humorously shared a video of the late president Mwai Kibaki and his wife, Lucy, during a press conference. Lucy had called the press conference for the then-president to declare that he had only one wife. “Everyone knows that I am married, and I have only one wife. The media keeps repeating that I have another wife or wives, but I want to make it very clear that I have only one wife, Lucy.” The comedian made it clear he was not in a relationship with the comedienne and captioned the clip: “Let it be known…..wacheni kuniingiza kwa hiyo story (stop mentioning me in that story.)” What did Mammito do? Mammito released a video that made fun of Jowie’s death sentence, and it elicited mixed reactions. Some netizens supported Mammito’s clip, while others found it distasteful. The comedienne did a rendition of Dolly Parton’s Jolene and substituted Jolene with Jowie’s name. She said: “Jowie, don’t you cry because you got a death sentence. Jowie, Jowie, Jowie, see it as an opportunity to scam us, Jowie. Jowie, when you go to prison, you will find a man that loves you so dearly. You will find your soulmate, Jowie. With your two songs, you are going to perform in the prison talent show, and you are going to kill it, Jowie.”
