NTSA to intensify surveillance as schools close this week

National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) will intensify traffic surveillance this week as schools close for August holiday.

Road Safety manager and Head of Safety Strategies at NTSA Mr Samuel Musumba on Monday advised Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) and school transport operators ferrying students to various destinations to be more cautious on the roads.

According to NTSA roads will experience increased traffic as a result of students traveling to various designations.
