Sarah’s lawyers had sent a letter to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detailing details of an ongoing divorce case between the two partners at Kiambu Courts.
“We wish to draw your attention to the ongoing divorce proceedings between the parties (Divorce Cause No. MCDC E086 OF 2024 at Kiambu Magistrate Court) and a related children’s case Kabu’s criminal acts persist, the children of the marriage risk being rendered destitute. There are live gag orders in both matters prohibiting Mr Kabu from commentary on the case,” read part of the letter.In her latest explosive social media post, the mother of two referred to the father of her kids as her ex.
In reference to her letter to the DCI, Sarah asked them to speed up their investigations, saying that she was a victim of paid online campaigns. She wrote: “Someone tell DCI I am waiting for full investigation on my Gender Based Violence complaints coz sasa it’s being done online with paid campaigns. My X is connected everywhere and keeps boasting I cannot take him anywhere in this country I want justice.
