Mama Olive Makes Major Content Creation Investment

Digital content creator, budding events hostess and award winning photographer, Tatiana Karanja, famously known as Mama Olive has shared her joy after finally taking a leap of faith and employing a personal assistant (P.A) and a manager to help her in her content creation journey.

Sharing the jolly news on her Instagram page, Tatiana, who has been creating lifestyle, workout and family related content for a decade, opened up about how she used to feel guilty at the thought of having a P.A as she felt she could tackle everything on her own (despite having 3 kids all under 10 years) and multiple demanding jobs.

“And the team grows,”  Mama Olive excitedly shared as she introduced her new helpers to the world in a series of posts on her feed.

The multi-award-winning photographer went on to validate content creators highlighting despite looking easy peasy, it was a job just like any other and quite demanding to say the very least.

“As a creator, it can be super overwhelming to handle everything on your own. Just like any business has different departments, we often have to do it all: admin, accounting, marketing, PR, branding, photography, videography-you name it! It can be exhausting,” the mother of 3 wrote in part.

She went on to share how she had struggled before landing on her decision to seek professional help with her brand as well as a few lessons she has learned being in the game for as long as she has.

Tatiana penned, “On top of that, l used to really struggle with the idea of spending money to make money. Every shilling felt like it had to be stretched to cover something urgent, and it was hard to think about investing in help.

But here’s what I have learned: trying to do everything on your own isn’t just exhausting-it can also stifle your creativity and growth.

Investing in a team isn’t just about delegation; it’s about expanding your vision. It allows you to focus on what you love and what truly drives your passion. I’m incredibly grateful to now have a personal assistant and a manager who share that vision and help me navigate the busy world of content creation,”

Concluding her post the content creator heaped praises on her new team members gushing over how their visions aligned perfectly with hers.

She wrote, “I’m beyond grateful to finally have an amazing team behind me who are just as passionate about our mission as I am. It’s such a relief to share the load and focus on what truly matters. I’m super excited about what’s next, especially with my platform, @motherhoodunpluggedke.”

Adding she was working on a couple things that would delight her fanbase.

Mama Olive also took time to address fellow content creators who might be grappling with the same thoughts as she had been before she decided to “spend money to make money,”

“There are so many exciting things in the works that I can’t wait to share with you all!

If you’re in the same boat, just know it’s okay to ask for help and invest in your growth. Sometimes, letting go of a little control can open up so many doors. Here’s to growth, teamwork, and all the amazing things ahead!

Thanks for being on this journey with me!” the last of her post accompanied with a love heart emoji read.
