Victor Githu, Kenya’s ‘youngest Pastor’ is under fire for sending his mother to get him a glass of water.
Victor is under criticism online for disrespecting an adult. He spoke on this issue during a sermon he was delivering on his Facebook page on June 21.
At the end of the one-hour preaching moment, Victor addressed Kenyans for judging him harshly.
“In the last video, I am the most happiest person right now on this social media. I am thanking God for everything happening in my life. The other day the last video I was preaching about seeing harsh things in your life. And indeed I thought I was preaching to someone. I was preaching to myself,” he shouted at the camera.
The young man added;
“The last video I had here, I was preaching about new changes in my life, I was preaching about going through harsh conditions. I was preaching about being judged, and I said with all that happening in your life, you know you are finally growing, can I tell you, I thought I was preaching o someone online, can I tell you I was preaching to me.
Second of all, I wanna begin by saying those who thought after giving all your criticisms, Victor will fall back and stop preaching with his mouth oh we are back, like never before with Mum.”
He says he will never fall, “I don’t serve a God like that.” He even speaks in Kikuyu saying, “Those who wait for me to die and those who wait for me to fall, not today, never.”
He even tells his mum, “Mum those who thought they could come in between our relationship nothing can ever do that.” He added that he has learned his enemies are always watching him.
“You see my flaws but I am not dying. Putting me down is something that you can’t do. You cannot silence me. How many times have they tried Mum to ban my page?”
