He added: “Secondly, because if it wasn’t a naturally large size breed, it wouldn’t look unnaturally disproportionate when worn by someone as a costume. Additionally, the collie’s long fur helps camouflage the human form discreetly.” After wearing the costume in private for almost 12 months, Toco made his doggy debut earlier this summer; the video of his first walk went viral across multiple platforms. Toco wants lady to dress as a dog After revealing his puppy proclivities to his family, Toco’s next step is to find love. “I think it would be great if something like this existed,” he said, speaking of a romance with a woman who also liked to dress up in a dog costume. “I would like to meet them,” he said. It is important to note that Toco is a “therian” — someone who identifies with a nonhuman species — and not a “furry,” referencing a subculture in which people dress up as dogs and other animals and may partake in sexual activity with one another. Toco admits that spending much of his day on all fours is often physically strenuous but says it’s worth it for his sense of fulfilment. “Rather than being tough or physically uncomfortable, the excitement and fun I receive from this experience are stronger,” he said. Interacts with other canines Toco made headlines for coming out as a ‘dog’, noting that it was his lifelong dream. The Japanese man spent KSh 2.8 million ($20,000) on the costume that transformed him into a realistic border collie. Toco went to the park to interact with other dogs and humans who were too happy to pet him.   BY TUKO NEWS
