Woman, 22, Found Dead in Her House after Hosting Boyfriend over the Weekend

Rashidah Nakadduh was last alive on Saturday, September 23, as she was buying groceries in the market ahead of her lover’s arrival. A report by the Daily Monitor indicated that the woman was allegedly attacked and knifed to death by the man who was already on the run on Saturday night. The deceased’s body bore wounds on several parts.  “The incident happened on Saturday night when the two were together. Preliminary investigations now show that she has been receiving a male visitor on the weekend, and he would leave on Sundays. He has been visiting his lover on Saturdays and leaving on Sundays,” Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said. The police said they are yet to determine the cause of the horrific attack as the suspect is at large. Investigations are ongoing. Moi University student found dead Elsewhere, a fourth-year female student from Moi University was found dead in her room under unclear circumstances. The parents and friends of Cynthia Mutinda were concerned about her when she became unreachable on Saturday, September 23. The frightened friends and family of the lady went to her house on Sunday, September 25, and her door was closed from the inside. Peeking through the window, they saw her motionless body lying on the bed. Woman found dead in Makueni In other news, police in Emali, Makueni county launched investigations after a woman was allegedly murdered in a guest house. The victim had checked into a lodging with a man believed to be her lover around midday on Sunday, September 24. Emali Township Assistant Chief Michael Kivondo said the lodging attendant found the woman dead and her male companion missing. BY TUKO NEWS
