Bongo recalled when the first traditional wedding was called off, her fiance’s excuse was one of his uncles had travelled and, therefore, he could not go. “My fiance had a habit of switching off his phone a day before the ruracio and would call when it was too late to deliver heartbreaking news,” she said.
