Kenyans online have been stunned after the late General Francis Ogolla’s will, which shows how he divided his property, was made public. General Francis Ogolla left all his property to his wife and kids only. The late KDF general penned his will in 2012 in the presence of his then colleagues, Lieutenant Colonel John Njenga and Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Sane. How Francis Ogolla divided his property According to the will, Ogolla’s estate will be managed equally by his two children Lorna Ochieng and Joel Rabuku.
He also left all his service benefits, including emoluments, pensions, gratuities, and compensation to his widow, Aileen Ogolla and his children.The will stipulated that Aileen would get 50% of the estate while the kids would get 25% each. However, Kenyans have been wondering why the late general did not consider giving his other family members.
