Strategic marketing organization Wave 360 Africa on Friday announced its official entry into Uganda, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s journey across East Africa. The soft launch, completed at 1:00 PM EAT, signals the start of an exciting new phase for the firm, following a decade of success and impact in Kenya.
Renowned for its work on Kenyan campuses, in clubs, at festivals, and within corporate boardrooms, Wave 360 expressed its pride in bringing its efforts to the “Pearl of Africa.”
In a statement, the agency emphasized that the latest move is “more than a milestone,” but rather the “continuation of something we’ve built together.”
Wave 360 highlighted its record of collaboration with over 54 institutions and the establishment of more than 40 strong corporate relationships in Kenya. The agency says it has focused on “igniting discussions, constructing bridges, and making meaning.” Its expansion into Uganda is envisioned as a collaborative effort, with the agency aiming to “co-create compelling stories with local institutions and brands that are prepared to lead, inspire, and grow.”
The agency’s work in Uganda will encompass digital storytelling, on-the-ground observation, and strategic branding, all guided by a blend of strategic and creative thought designed to resonate with local communities. Wave 360 expressed its confidence in Uganda’s “vibrant, young, and forward-thinking ecosystem” and its commitment to “listen, learn, and lead alongside the brilliant thinkers, doers, and dreamers who call this nation home.”
The move, according to the company CEO Zeddekiah Mukoya, embodies it’s vision to become a more influential cultural player in East Africa and to foster “real human connection” through its strategic marketing expertise.
“Wave 360 Africa invites Ugandan institutions and businesses to connect and “co-create campaigns based on culture, driven by meaning, and made by the people.” stated the company
