City tycoon Jimal Roho Safi’s girlfriend, Wangari Thiong’o, has shocked Kenyans after revealing she lost hundreds of thousands of shillings at Nyayo National Stadium when a thief snatched her handbag.
Wangari, who shares a daughter with the Somali businessman, reported that her black handbag containing a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, Ksh 256,000 in cash, ear pods, a power bank, and important documents was stolen during the Sunday, March 23, 2025, match.
She officially reported the incident at the Nyayo Stadium Police Post, with the OB number 13/23/03/2025.
Wangari Appeals for the Return of Her Belongings
In a heartfelt message, she pleaded with the person responsible to at least return some of the stolen items.
“My black bag was snatched today after the match at Nyayo National Stadium. It had a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, Ksh 256K in cash, ear pods, a power bank, and important documents.”
She added:

“No questions asked, just do the right thing.”
