Njugush clears the air Speaking on the Iko Nini podcast, Njugush confirmed that while the photo was real, it was not originally part of the chemistry book cover. He explained that a graphic designer known as Droid had skillfully photoshopped the image onto the textbook.
“It was not real; they just photoshopped it. There is this great graphics designer called Droid. He photoshopped it. About that photo, it’s a picture I took during my last paper (KCSE). It was chemistry practicals. That was me 100%. I wore a half-coat which was for prefects. I posted it online, and Droid picked it, and it was a perfect fit,” Njugush explained.
