Bradley Mtall aka Gen Z Goliath, has addressed the backlash he received from Kenyans after his video with a lioness at a zoo in Dubai went viral.
The video, which was part of his collaboration with the Zam Zam brothers, caused a stir online, with many expressing concern over the way the content was perceived.
According to Bradley, there was no malice involved, and the intention was never to create any negative feelings.
“I want to assure you all that there was no harm done. What you saw was me just having fun and creating content. The Zam Zam brothers have been kind to me since I’ve been in Dubai. What you saw was simply part of the creative process that we go through as content creators. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but that’s part of the journey,” Bradley stated.
Some critics had referred to the content as “Modern Slavery,” but Bradley dismissed these claims, pointing out that the Zam Zam brothers had worked on similar projects with other content creators without any issues.
He stated that his actions were in no way degrading or harmful, and he was simply enjoying the opportunity to create content for his audience.
Bradley also addressed the fact that he had been in Dubai for a week and would remain there for a month.
Moving forward, he promised to be more thoughtful about the content he shares and assured his followers that their feedback was important to him.
“Your support means the world to me. I appreciate all the concern, but I was never in any danger,” he reassured his fans.
Despite some negative comments about the video, Bradley took the opportunity to thank his supporters for their unwavering encouragement.
He acknowledged that while content creation can sometimes lead to mixed reactions, it was ultimately about having fun and sharing those experiences with his audience.
He ended by stressing that he would continue to listen to his fans and always strive to create content that resonates with them.
“I will continue to push forward, and your feedback helps me improve. You are the reason I am here, and I am grateful for every one of you. Let’s keep supporting each other,” Bradley concluded.
