On 9th December 2024, his wife Kathy Kiuna took to her socials to celebrate his birthday and their 30th wedding anniversary.
Allan would have turned 59.
Sharing a video of collage, Kathy described her late husband as a generous man.
“So here is the day. We got married 30 years ago today. It’s my husband’s birthday today and he transitioned on a Tue 5 months ago.
I have all sorts of emotions at the same time. As I weep I weep in hope because I know I will see him again in glory.
He was such an incredible person. Such a generous soul. He loved me loudly and I am forever grateful that God gave me him as a husband, best friend, confidant, father, mentor, hero just to name a few.”
The mother of three went on to celebrate how good her late husband was as a dad.
“We really did life together and he took me to all my dream places.
@vanessakiunakovacs @stephaniekiuna and @jeremykiunaofficial had the greatest dad. He raised wonderful children and gave them such confidence in a functional setting. They will never have excuses. As for his grandchildren….. they knew they were loved seriously.
God does all things well. We know in part but He knows the whole picture so I choose to worship Him and give glory to His Name through it all.”
Kathy added that she misses her man, adding she did not see his death coming that soon.
“Does it hurt? Very much Do I miss him? Terribly Did I see it coming? Not at all My eyes are on Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. Thanx for praying for me and my family.”
In a past appearance on Kameme TV, Kathy revealed she found Allan handsome the first time she met him. Coincidentally, he had also noticed her.

Speaking during an interview on Kameme FM, she said,
“I was going for a lunch hour evangelism meeting when I saw Allan making a call. I had seen him before while with my sister and she thought he was handsome.
As I was walking by, he told me to give him a minute as he wanted to talk to me. When he finished he told me ‘Hi Kathy’.
I was shocked because I did not think he knew my name. He asked me for a lunch date but I told him I couldn’t.”
Kathy said while she was playing hard to get, she hoped Allan won’t give up the chase.
“In my heart, I was pleading with God not to let him be taken away. The second time he asked as a wise person I knew I couldn’t say no twice, so I said yes.
On our first date, I told him that I had a 3-year-old daughter. He was very excited and even wanted to meet her. Since then we have been the best of friends.”
