Joseph, a Computer Science student at Jomo Kenyatta University’s College of Engineering and Technology (COETEC) Juja Main Campus, did not have any underlying medical issues before his death. “He was fine. It seemed like he suddenly fell sick, which took a toll on him. He was taken to the school’s dispensary for first aid when he got sick that Saturday night. However, his situation was getting worse, and he needed an emergency checkup, and that was when he was taken to hospital,” he narrated.
