Kenyans Share Screenshots of Hilarious Experiences with Lastborns: “Nisukumie KSh 200 Mkuu”

Kenyans have taken to social media to share screenshots of their conversations with their lastborns.  They shared the funny moments they encountered with their siblings, including financial dealings. Kenyan man asks for money for phone Netizens who shared their experiences noted their siblings reached out to them whenever they needed money.  The lastborns had different ways of asking for money, with some not beating around the bush but being direct.  In one conversation, a lastborn asked her sibling for money to pay for the phone she had purchased with a loan. 


When the netizen told the lastborn there was no money, the lastborn asked her sibling why they were broke yet working. Kenyan man sends sibling KSh 100 Another shared a hilarious way his brother asked for money to buy some vegetables for supper. “Nitumie za sumu (Send me for poison),” the sibling wrote, only to clarify that poison was cabbage. His brother promised to send him KSh 100, and the lastborn was over the moon as he sent a hug emoji. He also shared that he had been requested to look for work that would allow him to be independent and not ask for money from others. 

Netizen asks for KSh 70 from sibling Another lastborn, who had been sent some money a few hours ago, returned to request more money.  “It’s like today I will sleep hungry,” the lastborn said, trying to persuade her sibling to send him the money she requested. The tactic worked, as the netizen sent her lastborn, KSh 70, who expressed deep affection for her sibling. Other lastborns went directly to the point of asking for money, but others who did the same were declined for various reasons.
