Vanessa Mdee's Major Declaration About Getting Kids

Vanessa Mdee has revealed to her fans that she is not planning on getting any more kids. The singer is blessed with a son (Seven) and daughter (Imani) whom she shares with American-Nigerian actor and singer Rotimi.

Mdee and her family live in the US where she relocated just before the Covid 19 pandemic.

On a TikTok video, Vanessa said "I have beautiful kids but I am not having any more. No thank you but God laughs when we are making plans so you never know."

Since moving in with Rotimi in the US, Mdee has not released any more music as well. In the video, Mdee said the music industry was giving her stress.

"I separated myself from things that made me anxious, you have to know your triggers."

She said the industry made her anxious "It was very triggering to me because things weren't going the way I wanted them to and I felt I was putting in a lot more than I was receiving and I needed a break."

 Mdee said she had been an entertainer since she was 18 and only took a break at 31 when she met her fiancé Rotimi.

She explained that studying the word of God and and meditating upon it helped her mental health "I thank God for giving me the opportunity to take some time off, recognize that there was something very wrong and toxic about my cycles and giving Him the number one place in my life."
