Radio Host Maina Kageni buys a brand new BMW X6 M-sport
Celebrated media personality Maina Kageni has added a new car to his parking lot after acquiring a brand new BMW X6 2024 M-Sport.
On Wednesday, Maina used his socials to share a video collecting his brand-new car from the BMW center in Nairobi. The caption for the video read;
“Spanking brand new baby 🙏🙏.. BMW X6 2024 M-SPORT. @inchcape.kenya,”.
His co-host Mwalimu King’ang’I joined the conversation – congratulating King’ang’I on his new purchase. He mentioned that Maina’s car has been a long coming and it's good that it's now here.
“Congratulations are in order bro!! Keep winning!! Hio gari imekaa high seas for long!! We are glad it’s finally here!! Ni mardadi sana!! Sasa twende zetu Arusha road test!!😃 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍,” Mwalimu King’ang’I said.
Maina acquired a new BMW a day after he also showed up with a new Range Rover. Over the years, the radio host has proven to be a lover of the finer things in life.
He has owned high-end cars throughout his life – thanks to his well-paying radio job and endorsement deals he has been securing.

In May 2024, Maina Kageni was spotted receiving the brand-new BMW X6. At the time, Maina was believed to be the first owner of the car in East and Central Africa.
Just the other day, Maina was in the headlines after purchasing an Eliud Kipchoge Isuzu D-Max Limited Edition pickup track. The luxurious vehicle boasts a price tag of Sh9 million.
The Kipchoge edition of the Isuzu D-Max features a powerful 3-litre turbo engine designed for superior fuel efficiency.
It is equipped with advanced technology, including adaptive cruise control, which adjusts the vehicle's speed based on surrounding traffic.
The truck's design is enhanced by black rims and Eliud Kipchoge's signature is displayed prominently on the vehicle, making it a unique tribute to the world-renowned marathoner.
