Kenyan woman who planned, excuted cat funeral draws mixed reactions from netizens: "I'm broken"

A woman has drawn mixed reactions from netizens after successfully planning and executing her cat's funeral.  How did Ashely prepare a funeral for her cat? The woman in the photo, Ashley Mutai, is seen locked in an emotional embrace with another mourner as she mourns her cat. Her beloved cat was buried in a beautiful white casket with brown iron handles. The captioning of the photo is. "Never imagined one day I'd one day come to get you your final resting bed. I'm broken, indeed more time with you ," said Ashely in an Instagram post that was also shared by MpashoGram. 

How did netizens defend Ashely Mutai? While some people immediately understood that Ashely was grieving her beloved pet, some Kenyans could not understand why one would throw an elaborate funeral for a cat. As they shared their opinions on the strange funeral, some netizens rose to Ashely's defense and said she was close to the cat. "The Kenyan lady is Ashley Mutai and she has a right to do what she did; stop judging you don't have a clue what she is going through. hugs Ashely said Cookie ❤️  cookiebun_bun said: " Only pet owners understand ❤️pets are better therapists than humans they don't judge or hate on you or walk away they stay with you till their last breath 🥺💔."
