Comedian YY has lost his grandfather weeks after losing his grandmother. Comedian YY loses grandfather. Did YY lose his grandfather? In an emotional post via his Instagram account, YY revealed that his family was thrown into mourning again. They had lost his grandfather, his mum’s dad, and he said that he was feeling sorry for his mum and her siblings. “Lost my grandfather again. My mum’s dad. My heart goes out to my mother and her siblings,” he said. Barely two weeks ago, the comedian revealed that his grandmother had fought a long battle with illness and had gone to be with the Lord. He thanked her for her part in making sure he went to school.
YY wrote: “My grandma has rested. Rest well Dani (Mama Zilpa Ogola). You have fought a very painful battle. Thank you for your influence on my education. Dani will be laid to rest on Sept 27, 2024 in Kosele village,” he penned. His celebrity friends and fans comforted him in the comment section of his post, telling him that everything would be alright.
