 Stevo Simple Boy has clarified why he asked Bongo legend Diamond Platnumz to pay him 20 million Kenyan shillings for a collabo.

Speaking on K24 TV, the Freshi Barida star explained the statement saying that he wanted Diamond to return a favour to Kenyans.

According to Simple Boy, Kenyans have greatly contributed to Diamond's musical success.

"It is true that I said that because if you look at us as Kenyans, we have supported Diamond until he has reached. Why doesn't he return his hand and do a collaboration with a Kenyan artist?" Steve said.

The artist also went a step further and revealed that the statement traumatized Tanzanians so much that many media from the country contacted him by phone asking him to explain further.

"The Tanzanian media called me, saying Steve you have done something important because we see your work in Kenya, they also said Diamond has every right to give Sh20m so I should give him a collaboration," he explained.

Two weeks ago, Stevo said without batting an eye that without sh20m he does not get a collaboration.

"Diamond, you sent me a message on Instagram saying you want a collabo, but if you don't cough up Sh20 million, there is no deal," Stevo Simple Boy said.
