Man Loses Arm after Finding Wife Cheating in His Neighbour's House

Ugandan man Siraji Nsadha loses his arm after his wife's lover overpowers him.  Siraji Nsadha was upset after finding out his wife was cheating on him with their neighbour while he was away. "I found our daughter eating chapati (bought by the lovebirds) and asked her where the mother was. She pointed at Moses Magumba's house, where I proceeded furiously wielding a panga," he told New Vision Online. 

The resident of the Bumbya-Bulungu zone in Namasagali sub-county, Uganda, stormed into his neighbour's house and went straight to his bedroom. "I swung the panga to hack the snatcher's back, which fortunately or unfortunately caught the mosquito net missing the target," he recalled. The altercation ensued, and by that time, the confrontation had drawn people to the scene, which they witnessed in disbelief. Nsadha said in the heat of the moment, his wife's lover snatched the panga from his hand and chopped off his hand. 

He was immediately rushed to Kamuli Mission Hospital for first aid as the offender ran away while being chased by a mob.
