The Embassy said the jobs are temporary contracts for six months starting October 1, 2024. The German Embassy promises an exciting and dynamic working environment, being one of Germany’s largest diplomatic missions in Africa. 

Additionally, the job offers a competitive salary along with health insurance benefits for the successful applicants and their families. Who can apply? This opportunity is available to Kenyan citizens or individuals holding a valid residence and work permit for Kenya. The Embassy further noted that candidates must show strong teamwork and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of the German language is advantageous but not mandatory. 

The applicants will also be required to be fluent in MS office programmes such as Word and Excel.
