He brought to the fore the details of the deal in July this year, whipping up rage from Kenyans who from the onset opposed the deal. Adani, an Indian conglomerate, is to take over the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for 30 years, during which expansion works will be undertaken, The company would inject upward KSh 238 billion in revitalising the country’s main airport, with the surety of concessional benefits paid to it by the Kenyan taxpayer. Amenya says threats have successively been addressed to him by unnamed people following his exposé.
