Jamaican dancehall artist Adidja Palmer popularly known as Vybz Kartel has praised his girlfriend for not giving up on him while he was incarcerated.
In a video shared on his socials, the 48-year-old musician gushed over his girl noting her patience and love are unmatched.
Especially since she had people calling her delusional for waiting for a man for years with no real clue of if he'd ever get released.
Vybz served 13 years in prison for the murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams, up until July 31st, 2024, when he had his conviction overruled after the Jamaican Court of Appeals declined to retry him, citing his ill health.
"You know I remember when I was in prison, she did this interview, and a lot of people were telling her she is delusional, she is this and that and a whole lot of things," started off the father of 7 with the camera facing the telly while the said interview played.
Finishing up, he threw shade to all the haters reveling in his new freedom.
"They were saying Kartel not coming out blah blah blah... look at us now," the 'Summer Time' hitmaker added as he panned the camera to show him and his girlfriend all boo'd up on the couch.
His girlfriend could be seen smiling broadly as she let out a small chuckle accompanied by a mocking sound as she rested her head on Kartel's shoulder.
Captioning the post the Jamaican artist in part wrote,"Look at us now! God and Time. #God is the greatest,"accompanied with a blushing emoji and a light skin girl emoji.
Interestingly, he limited the comment section on the Instagram post.
He shared yet another video of the two of them in matching white t-shirts sharing hearty laughs writing, "when you are each other's intoxication,"
