Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has invited applicants for job openings in August 2024. KPLC advertised management trainee programmes for engineers, accountants, and ICT officers, among others. The job advert published on Friday, August 2, invited all qualified and interested candidates to apply. The individuals should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, attaining at least second-class Honours. Successful candidates will undergo an eighteen (18) months training program at the company. This will be structured to include classroom instruction, mentorship, hands-on projects, and rotations across various departments and functions, among other things. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed into specific functions of the company.
