The individuals should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, attaining at least second-class Honours. Successful candidates will undergo an eighteen (18) months training program at the company. This will be structured to include classroom instruction, mentorship, hands-on projects, and rotations across various departments and functions, among other things. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed into specific functions of the company.
