In a heartbreaking incident, a police officer and her young son died following a road accident on the Narok – Maai Mahiu Road. Cops Kenya reports that the duo survived and were rushed to a hospital in Nairobi for emergency treatment. Officer Nyamumbo, who was stationed at the Murang’a Police Station, and her son, Liam, were reportedly en route when the tragedy occurred. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, both mother and son sadly succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment. The news of their passing has cast a sombre mood over the Murang’a Police Station and the entire law enforcement community. The police force and members of the public have expressed their deepest condolences to the family and friends of the departed officer. Flo Jackson Kabaibe: “My condolences to you, Waweru. I remember working with you in Muranga some years back.” Obiero Mboga James: “My great friend, an instructor who used to advise me. Mbona mungu umetufanya hivi? The accident comes a day after a young lawyer, Omari Kefa, lost his life in another incident. Kefa was involved in a tragic accident in Ratili around Olulunga area when his vehicle collided with a lorry. His shocking demise left friends, colleagues, and family in deep mourning, given that he was in good health. The shocking news sent ripples of grief across social media, with many expressing sorrow over the loss of such a vibrant and promising individual.
