Young Woman Survives After Falling Out of Moving Vehicle 

Sasha Smith miraculously survived after falling out of her mother's car on the highway and being struck by two vehicles. Young Woman Survives After Falling Out of Moving Vehicle, Being Run Over by 2 Other Cars  Many concluded that the 21-year-old would not walk out of the accident scene, but she is now recovering in a hospital. In an emotional interview on WFAA, Sasha's mother, Sherryta Smith, recounted the terrifying incident that changed their lives.  The incident occurred at around 1 am, when Sherryta was driving her daughter home from a party at her boyfriend’s house. Sasha had called her mother for a ride, explaining that she had been drinking and did not want to drive under the influence. The mother and her daughter were sharing jokes when the young woman leaned on the door, twisted, and fell out of the moving vehicle. As Sherryta pulled over, she witnessed the horrifying scene of her daughter being hit by two cars in quick succession. "I see boom…boom, it's just bumper cars they hit her that quick," she recalled, adding that neither of the drivers stopped. Sasha sustained multiple injuries, including a broken back and severe spinal damage. She also suffered bleeding in her brain but, incredibly, did not fall into a coma. Despite being sedated, Sasha has remained responsive, much to the astonishment of her medical team and family. "It's like my daughter is fighting for herself and healing herself because of the things she can do," Sherryta explained. Sasha has been able to communicate with both medics and family members, demonstrating an extraordinary will to recover. The traumatic experience has taken a toll on Sherryta, who struggles to sleep as she is haunted by the memories of the accident. "All I see is my baby lying in the street and those cars running over her," she shared, adding that it is only by the grace of God that her baby is functioning like that. The mother praised her daughter's incredible strength and willpower, which continues to inspire those around her as she embarks on the long road to recovery.
