US Based Kenyan Nurse Judy has called out socialite Vera Sidika after she flaunted a Sh 57,000 bill.
Judy says in the US, having such bills is a normal thing.
‘I have gone to just a few celebrity joints and I am not really a somebody in America. Is there really something like you can’t get a reservation in some hotels in America.I really doubt as long as you can afford you can alafu 57K dinner and drinks huku ni kawaida kabisa.’
Vera recently dined at Nobu, a renowned restaurant loved by the Kardashians, where she enjoyed a lavish meal featuring lobster.
Her total bill came to Ksh 57,000. Vera seemed unfazed by the expense, stating, “Don’t know why they say Nobu Malibu is expensive because this is cheap AF.”
According to her receipt, Vera’s order included:
- 1 Aqua Panna
- 1 Mango & Passion Martini
- 1 Market Margarita
- 1 Ribeye with Truffle Butter
- 1 Lobster Spicy Garlic
- 1 Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label
- 2 Casamigos Añejo @ $24 each
The bill breakdown was as follows:
- Food: $130
- Beverage: $12
- Liquor: $257
- Tax: $39
- Total: $438.90
One fan couldn’t help but express their envy, commenting, “Gurl, isn’t this the Kardashians’ restaurant? Which God do y’all pray to? Eii jameni.”
Many of Vera’s fans were both envious and happy to see her living her best life. One fan remarked, “Then there’s someone saying you haven’t paid your electricity bill, smh. Don’t they know better things to lie about?”
Vera responded, clarifying her situation, “Lmaooo, first of all, our residence doesn’t use postpaid; we prepay and then use. So how? Second, surely, electricity isn’t something one can’t afford. A vacation per trip flight alone is one million. We are not the same. Abeg.”
Besides dining, Vera also went shopping on Rodeo Drive, another hotspot for celebrities. Her adventures in Malibu continue to captivate her fans, who admire her glamorous lifestyle.
