A colourful wedding

In a vibrant and elegant ceremony, the teacher and his stunning partner, Beryl Maliks, exchanged vows at a chic restaurant in Kisumu on Saturday, July 27. The exclusive, invite-only event featured a striking white and black theme, with the bridal party turning heads in their sophisticated ensembles. Both the bride and groom looked absolutely radiant. The wedding also saw Kakamega deputy governor Ayub Shavula in attendance, and a convoy of luxurious vehicles made the journey from Kakamega, the bride’s hometown, to the celebration venue. In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, Komuono shared his elation, calling the day a dream come true and expressing his deep appreciation for Beryl, whom he considers his best friend. “I’m so grateful to God for this moment. I’ve been looking forward to this day for a long time. My journey with Beryl has been incredible, and I’m thrilled to have married my best friend,” Komuono said. His close friend, poet Odhiambo Kaumah, who was also present, praised the event, saying; “It was a class act. The wedding was impeccably planned and set a new standard for elegance. I’m proud to have witnessed it.” Notably, this lavish wedding came just two weeks after Komuono’s traditional ceremony in Kakamega.
