Dancehall singer Konshens |
Several concertgoers were spotted flying the Kenyan flag at a concert headlined by Konshens on Saturday, July 7, dubbed Summerfestival 2024.
The festival took place in Germany, where legendary dancehall and reggae singers entertained their fans.
A music fan at the front grabbed the attention of dancehall singer Konshens, who gave a special shout-out to Kenyans. “Anybody from Kenya?” he asked as he noticed the person in the front. “You right there, Kenya!”
He removed his coat and asked to hold the Kenyan flag. As he was singing, he requested, “Hey, give me this, pass me that,” directing the fan holding the Kenyan flag.
Concertgoers obliged and swung it to the front. The singer flashed the flag as the crowd shouted in excitement, then returned it.
Konshens also had the beautiful ladies on his mind. He then asked the crowd if there was a dancehall music lover from Kenya.
One person was directly in front of Konshens.
“Can I have my beautiful ladies scream, please? My name is Konshens, and me come from Kingston, Jamaica, and I’m here to represent for all the girls in the world. Representing the independent ladies,” he said.
He also recognized Uganda during his performance.
