How did Ann Karithi start street evangelism? Karithi, whose social media username is Pratie, took the path less travelled by her peers, and she is not afraid of it. She revealed that her friend Eaugine introduced her to street evangelism. They usually preach the gospel together. According to Karithi, a data science student at the Co-operative University of Kenya, she does street evangelism every Tuesday in Nairobi's CBD. She said her parents are supporting her in this. "I love God and I pray a lot. My friend introduced me to street evangelism, and it's the best thing. I usually go every Tuesday to preach in the CBD and matatus. My parents are believers. They support me in ministry. They usually give me fare to facilitate my evangelism," she said. Is Gen Z preacher dating? The young lady disclosed that she has never been in a romantic relationship and is waiting for God's time. "I have never been in a relationship. I am very innocent. I don't want to fall into temptation, so I am just waiting for God's time. I believe in waiting until marriage," Karithi said. Why is Karithi not asking for offerings? As was captured in her viral video, Karithi didn't ask for offerings, which is quite uncommon among street preachers. She revealed that she usually rejects offerings because she has no responsibilities and is only doing street evangelism for the love of God and not money. "I usually disclaim that I don't ask for offerings. Why would I ask for offerings? My parents provide me with the basics. Where will I take the tithes? I am just doing it for the love of God. I have rejected offerings many times," she said. Kenyans praise Ann Karithi for preaching in matatu In the viral video, Karithi quoted an apostle book in the Bible and urged people to get saved. The beauty revealed that she had a dark past before she accepted God in her life, but thankfully, God saved her.  The clip ignited positive reactions on social media as Kenyans praised the young lady.
