In the trending video, Uhuru expressed worry that youths were time bombs and required the utmost care, saying that if they took the law into their own hands, it would be hard to control them. "Let us not cheat ourselves, and the young generation is a big problem. How do we handle the young generation? This young generation you use and dump is a time bomb that no one will put off if it goes off. Our young people, if not properly handled, can be a time bomb that can blow this country to pieces," Uhuru said.
