Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse
Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse is the latest lawmaker to incur the electorate's wrath for voting in favour of the controversial Finance Bill 2024. The MP was whisked away from the burial as matters got out of hand.  The lawmaker was among a host of leaders who graced the burial of nominated MCA, the late Magdalene Kalembe, wife to the late former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile. How was Mutuse chased from burial All was well at the funeral until the former Makueni governor, Kivutha Kibwana, stood to address the mourners.  The legislator was recorded having a heated conversation with a man sitting beside him before the situation escalated into fisticuffs. Kibwana was left watching as the youths fought while Magdalene's relatives urged them to stay away from the coffin. Following the chaos, only the priest and the family members were left to conclude the final burial rites.
