Muliro took the opportunity to share Mukabwa's medical appeal poster on social media. What happened to Annastacia Mukabwa? How did Rachel Ruto help Annastacia Mukabwa? Previously, Mukabwa praised First Lady Rachel Ruto, who hosted the songbird at her Sugoi home for one week while William Ruto was still deputy president. Mukabwa was going through a hard time and needed to be encouraged. They met at an event, and the two women exchanged numbers. Weeks later, Mukabwa received a call and was flown to Ruto's rural home with her dancers. While her dancers were accommodated elsewhere, Mukabwa was privileged to be hosted in Ruto's mansion and treated as a queen.
