Fred Omondi’s Sister: Video of Eric Introducing Little Know Sibling Surfaces

A video of comedian Eric Omondi introducing his little-known sister Irene Adhiambo has warmed hearts on social media. Fred and Eric Omondi’s Sister Irene Adhiambo is based in Germany.  Who is Irene Adhiambo? Reshared from a 2013 Churchill Show segment following the untimely passing of their brother Fred, Omondi said Adhiambo was on a visit to Kenya from Germany. In the video, Omondi briefly asked Adhiambo to join him on stage. When Adhiambo mocked Omondi about his thin frame, she told a humorous story about his last visit to Germany. Adhiambo narrated that her German friends were shocked by his extreme leanness, saying they had no idea how urgently Kenya needed relief food. "Eric came to visit me, and I had my friends around to say hello because it was amazing. I was busy in the kitchen, and the friends were like, 'Irene, why didn't you tell us that it is true Kenya needs help?'" said Adhiambo. Soon after, Fred ushered her to her seat amidst a burst of laughter from the show's attendees at Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi. The siblings' grandmother was also in attendance.
