What's name of Cardinal Otunga Girl's deputy principal? Macharia, the principal of Cardinal Otunga Girls High School in Bungoma county, is retiring as the deputy principal.After Talanta Hela Help Her exit was not gloomy, as the high school students intended to give her a memorable sendoff and appreciate her years of labour.
