Mombasa: 23-Year-Old Woman Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing 50-Year-Old Lover to Death

Police in Mombasa have arrested a 23-year-old woman in connection with the murder of her 50-year-old lover, Abdallah Rashid. A 23-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly stabbed her lover, Abdallah Rashid, to death. Why was the woman arrested? The suspect was taken into custody in Likoni. This followed preliminary investigations that suggested she fatally stabbed Rashid during a domestic dispute.  The incident, which has shocked the local community, was reported by Pwani FM. Authorities were alerted to the crime scene by neighbours who heard the altercation. Man pronounced dead Upon arrival, they found Rashid with multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations into the motive behind the deadly altercation are still ongoing, but initial reports indicate that it stemmed from a domestic conflict. The woman is currently being held at the Likoni Police Station, where she awaits further legal proceedings. The authorities have assured the public that justice will be served as they continue to investigate the case thoroughly.
