Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai has gone viral after someone leaked a WhatsApp screenshot from a group she had created. Anerlisa Muigai asks for cash from her friends in a leaked WhatsApp chat. Anerlisa Muigai learnt the hard way not to trust everyone after the private WhatsApp chat was leaked to social media. According to the Keroche heiress, she had created a WhatsApp group chat with some of her trusted friends. What happened to Anerlisa’s alleged fiancé? The purpose of the group was to fundraise KSh 3 million to bail out her alleged fiancé. According to Nation, Joe Kariuki Kimani spent a night in custody. Kimani was accused of packaging soil conditioners disguised as organic fertilizers, which were distributed to farmers through his companies. Anerlisa, in the chat, claimed she had already raised KSh 1.8 million and needed the remainder to clear the bail. She promised her friends that she would pay back every penny after her lover was released and his accounts unfrozen. The leaked chat read: “Trust you have all been fine. As some of you know that my fiancée was targeted by his competitors on this whole fertiliser saga to try and finish his business. He has been locked in today because they had told him cash bail would be KSh 1 million, but they changed and said it’s 3M. Thanks to some of his friends for raising to KSh 1.8 million. I was humbly requesting if you could chip in whatever you can get. You can send it to any of my numbers. All will be refunded once his accounts are unfrozen. This is not gossip, I genuinely need your help and nobody knows.” How did Arnelisa react to her leaked chats After the chats leaked, blogger Edgar Obare contacted her via Instagram, and she responded. Arnelisa was shocked that one of her close friends had leaked her chat when she was at her lowest and needed their help. She took to her Instagram account and lamented: “When you thought you had real friends, then boom, a blogger sends you a screenshot from a very enclosed group. Tomorrow could be you. At least I know I cannot count on everyone, and that’s okay. And yes we managed to get out without your help. We good.”
