In a heartening display of solidarity, Kenyans on social media have come together to support an Embu woman after a Facebook user trolled her. Kenyans Rally Behind Embu Woman Trolled by Businessman on Facebook, Pledge to Support Her The lady identified as Dolly Parton, had contacted Gibson Murage Gitonga, requesting him to purchase some of her non-stick pans as gifts for his wife. However, instead of politely declining, Gitonga responded with derogatory remarks towards the businesswoman. The incident shared by lawyer Wahome Thuku quickly went viral, with many condemning Gitonga's behaviour and expressing support for Dolly. "Given your public status now, it's very important to get the message first before typing a response," the lawyer advised. Kenyans online rally behind the entrepreneur, pledging to support her business and urging others to do the same. Kamau Isaac: "I can buy a set of non-stick sufurias for one of your followers to teach the furniture guy what we mean." Chris Muhatia: "This man's response was so low! Turn the negativity into something useful."
