Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka's Brother Dies in Grisly Car Accident

 

Tragedy has struck the family of Bungoma governor Kenneth Lusaka with the loss of their loved one in a devastating car accident. Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka at the county headquarters (r). He mourned his brother, Noah Sikhila (l) who perished in a road accident. Governor Lusaka revealed the heartbreaking news of his brother, Noah Sikhila Lusaka, passing on Sunday, April 2024. In his statement, the county leader conveyed deep sorrow and extended his sincere condolences to their mother, siblings, and friends, acknowledging the profound grief they are enduring.  "I am deeply saddened to announce the untimely demise of my beloved brother, Noah Sikhila Lusaka, in a car accident. My utter sympathies go to my mother, siblings, friends, and the extended family during this awfully difficult time," he said. How did Kenneth Lusaka eulogise his brother? He mourned Sikhila as a "distinguished gentleman" whose demeanour impressed everyone around him. "As we grieve this profound loss, I find solace in cherishing the outstanding memories we shared. He leaves an indelible mark that will forever remain engraved in our hearts," he added. Lusaka, however, did not disclose the scene of the accident. The loss of Sikhila adds to the grim toll of road accidents, which have claimed over 1,200 lives since January 2024. The Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary, Kipchumba Murkomen, previously emphasised the urgent need to reduce road carnage, echoing the president's directive.
