Angry Customer Buying KSh 20 Bundles Threatens Safaricom over Delays: “You Don’t Know Me”

Safaricom found itself in one of its customers’ bad books after it failed to expend data bundles even after purchase. An Safaricom customer service agent serving a customer.  Identified as Amina Abdi, the customer decried the tardiness on the side of the telecommunication gian in release the internet package she had bought. Amina bought a KSh 20 package via M-pesa but was not sent back on time her patience running out.  She camped at Safaricom’s page with a proof, lashing out at the company which calmly reverted on the same platform with an apology.
