Stevo Simple Boy finally releases song with Babu Owino

 

Politician Babu Owino has fulfilled his promise to collaborate with the artist Stevo Simple Boy.

The collaboration, which was uploaded to Stevo Simple Boy's YouTube channel on Tuesday afternoon, is titled "Neno" (Word).

In "Neno," Stevo Simple Boy, along with his manager Chingiboy Mstado, featured the Member of Parliament for Embakasi East in the video, singing and dancing along to the gospel song.

"It is you, Father, who has made me shine, I am always with you, I cannot be without you. Let yourself be worshiped and praised. For you, Father, there is abundant blessing, abundant joy, you have protected me, I call you Yahweh, let yourself be lifted up forever. That's why I shout with joy and celebration," Stevo Simple Boy sings in his verse.

Despite not uttering a single word in the song, MP Owino appeared in the video, contributing significantly to pushing the video to more fans.

The politician did not stop there; he went to his social media pages and informed his fans that his collaboration with Stevo had finally happened and urged them to watch it.

A month ago, Owino made a promise to collaborate with Stevo and asked his fans to be ready.

During that time, Owino wrote, "I had a good meeting with Stevo Simple Boy. He is in the business of making Barida Freshi Juice, produced in different flavors. Let's uplift Simple Boy."

"We will also work together in the music industry, and the collaboration will be released soon," he added.

As of the time of this article's publication, within just 19 hours, the video had garnered over 35 thousand views.

This is not the first time Babu has appeared in a music video. It is worth remembering that the artist Bahati also once featured him in his video for 'Adhiambo,' collaborating with Prince Indah.
