The potential land and homeowners bayed for the entrepreneur's blood, lamenting that they had lost millions of shillings in bank loans. I'm sorry, says Kiragu  Kiragu told TUKO.co.ke that the matter was caused by an extended delay in issuing the title deeds and was blown up by a section of the clients and his competitors. . In a letter to the investors, the real estate mogul recognized the frustration and disappointment the continued delays had caused. "Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconveniences or stress this situation has caused you," read part of the letter. He expressed his company's commitment to finding a fair and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved. Paying back investors Kiragu says Lesedi is fully prepared to expedite the resolution process by handing over completed projects like Muthara Green Acres. He reiterated the need for a collaborative approach where Lesedi can work closely with representatives from each project to address individual needs and concerns.  "The team is ready to move forward with haste and initiate the clearance of balances for several other projects," the letter continues. Kiragu recalled the emotional toll the scandal took on his personal and business life, adding that he would wake up each morning grappling with the weight of unresolved accusations. Lessons learnt Despite going through a tumultuous period, Kiragu says the ordeal provided him with invaluable lessons that have shaped his approach as a director and entrepreneur. "I learned the critical importance of open communication and transparency in all business dealings," he asserted. He says he also realized the necessity of acknowledging and learning from mistakes rather than avoiding or denying them. Lastly, the ordeal gave him a deeper appreciation for the resilience and strength required to navigate through challenging times, personally and professionally.
