John Mbiriri, a promising 21-year-old student at Kenyatta University (KU), was laid to rest in Mathira, Nyeri County after tragically losing his life in a fatal accident. KU Student Who Died in Accident Had Just Started Family with Campus Sweetheart, Details Show  John was among the 11 KU comrades who perished in a devastating road accident involving the university's school bus and a trailer in Voi, Taita Taveta county, on Monday, March 18.  John, described as an ever-smiling young man, had a vibrant future ahead of him. A third-year student at KU, he wasn't just dedicated to his academics; he was also nurturing entrepreneurial dreams. Outside of the classroom, John was passionately involved in photography, where his skills were nothing short of excellent. He had even ventured into building a professional photography business, showcasing his determination and talent. However, beyond his academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, John's life had taken a beautiful turn as he had recently embarked on building a family with his campus sweetheart, Joy. The couple tied the knot, and their union was blessed with a precious baby girl, who is only a few months old. Together, John and Joy were in the midst of planning a future filled with happiness and blessings. Ndungu Nyoro, who shared the heartbreaking news on Facebook, expressed the profound pain felt by those who knew John, emphasizing the difficulty of bidding farewell to a young soul with so much potential. As John was laid to rest, tears flowed, and questions lingered, but Nyoro acknowledged that only God holds the answers to life's mysteries. The loss of John Mbiriri, along with his fellow students, has cast a shadow of grief over the Kenyatta University community and beyond. As friends, family, and well-wishers mourn his untimely passing, they remember him not only for his academic prowess and entrepreneurial spirit but also for the love and joy he brought into the lives of those around him.
