Veteran news anchor Swale Mdoe has excited netizens after sharing a Ramadan message to fellow Muslims on Citizen. Swaleh Mdoe wishes Muslim fans a happy Ramadan Mubaraka. The Swahili newscaster has sparked mixed reactions after claims that he had been suspended from Citizen TV. Swaleh Mdoe's message to Muslims wows Kenyans Swaleh was allegedly suspended from the TV station after failing to appear for a 1 pm news bulletin. In a video shared on Citizen Digital, Swaleh wished his fellow Muslim faithful a peaceful Ramadan while forgiving those who wronged him. He said: "Ramadan is a holy month for Muslims to repent their sins and get closer to God. It is also a time to forgive those who have wronged us, both Muslims and non-Muslims. Personally, I am also forgiving those who have wronged me, and I am also asking for forgiveness to those who believe I may have wronged them," he said. Swaleh urged his fellow faithful to dedicate the month to being at peace and hold no grudges against others. "On behalf of myself and my family, I wish you all Ramadan Mubarak," he added.
