Following the crash, an altercation reportedly ensued, and Kelian was allegedly assaulted. Kelian was taken to the Nairobi West Hospital after complaining of abdominal pain but succumbed to injuries. DJ Mfalme was arrested alongside the bouncer, driver and photographer and arraigned at Kibera Law Courts. They were detained by the court for 14 days pending an investigation.
