Chira was loved and hated in equal measure after becoming famous. He shared an eyewitness statement with a journalist in a video that went viral online and thrust him into the limelight. Chira witnessed a road accident in which eight people died and 16 were injured. The accident happened on date 16, and coincidentally, Chira died on the same date, leaving netizens in shock. The TikToker tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run accident in Kiambu County. Details indicated that the goner was crossing the road when he was struck by a speeding vehicle. One of Chira's relatives talked of the TikToker's demise, noting that he was heartbroken.
