Narok: 2 Prison Officers in Civilian Clothes Killed While Trying to Settle Sacco Related Loan

Police in Trans Mara have launched a manhunt for a man who aided in the murder of two prison officers in Menntikuar village. Transmara West OCPD Jamleck Ngaruiya addresses the media over the killing of two prison officers.  According to the police, the deceased, identified as Inspector Patrick Mukunyi Kuya and Senior Sergent Daniel Nairimo, left Nairobi on Wednesday, March 13. The pair were in pursuit of what their colleagues stated was to settle a Sacco-related issue with Pius Lemiso Ndiwa, who reportedly defaulted on a loan.  Ndiwa retired from the busy city life and opted to reside in the countryside. When they reached Ndiwa’s homestead, they faced hostility from his family after he allegedly informed them that they were thugs. Subscribe to watch new videos What happened to the prison officers in Narok Ndiwa’s two sons moved with haste to protect their homestead and attacked the two officers who were in civilian attire with arrows and machetes. Transmara West OCPD Jamleck Ngaruiya confirmed the incident, revealing that when they arrived at the scene, the police officer had various injuries. “We arrived at the scene and we found two bodies badly mutilated, one had three arrows lodged on his back and the other had deep cuts on his back,” Ngaruiya said.y Ndiwa’s wife has maintained that his husband was not at home when the events transpired as the police launched a multi-agency team to search for him. The police said four people had already been arrested in connection with the heinous act as police continued the search for Ndiwa. Senior police officer killed at chang’aa den Earlier, Inspector Simon Mwangi Kariuki was allegedly killed during an operation to apprehend a suspected brew dealer in the Oyude market in Rarieda, Siaya county. A female suspect was nabbed and detained to help the police in the investigation and subsequent arrest of the killers. The deceased body was transported to Lwak Mission Hospital mortuary for preservation and an examination.
