In the clip, the woman showed up to the restaurant with balloons, a PS5, and a team of musicians to serenade the man.  The man was seated at a corner of CJ's restaurant, and when the woman got to his table, and the servers started serenading him, he walked out. Kenyans wondered whether the woman was his side chick or if she had ruined his other Valentine's plans.
